By downloading, installing, or using the Uno Mas Sushi app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Uno Mas Sushi is a mobile application designed to log, track, and share your sushi buffet experiences. The service includes piece logging, personal statistics, shared virtual tables, and rankings.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You can create an account using your email, Google, or Apple ID.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
  • Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Uno Mas Sushi, you agree to:

  • Use the app in a lawful and respectful manner
  • Not abuse, hack, or attempt unauthorized access to our services
  • Not impersonate other users
  • Not send spam or inappropriate content through social features
  • Respect the rules and rights of other users

5. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of data you enter into the app.
  • License: You grant us a limited license to process and store your data in order to provide the service.
  • Removal: You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time.

6. Free Version, Pro, and Payments

  • Free version: There is no charge to download the app. The free version may include ads and feature limits.
  • Optional Pro: The app may offer auto-renewing monthly or annual plans and a one-time lifetime purchase. The current products and prices are those shown by your store before confirmation.
  • Billing: Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel a renewable subscription through the relevant store. A lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not renew periodically.

7. Intellectual Property

Original Uno Mas Sushi content, including designs, logos, characters, text, and interfaces, is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks and services belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uno Mas Sushi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the app or by email.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service and the user's place of residence, without limiting non-waivable consumer-protection rights.
